It typically consists of a variety of vegetarian dishes served on a banana leaf, containing Sambar, Parippu Curry, Koottu Curry, Olan, Long Beans Thoran, Aviyal, Pachadi, Parippu Paysam, Mango & Lemon Pickles, Puli Inji, Pappadam, Banana Chips & Sarkkara Varatti, with Paper Banana Leaves.
