How to use
Melam suggests a simple cooking method on its packaging: 
Marinate cut and cleaned mutton pieces with ginger-garlic paste and the Melam Mutton Masala.
In a pan, heat oil and sauté sliced onions and green chilies.
Add the marinated mutton pieces and stir well.
Add chopped tomatoes, along with water and salt to taste.
Cook until the mutton is tender and the gravy has thickened.
